All herbs are grown without pesticides or fertilizers (natural cultivation) and dried in the sun.
Put about 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup in a teapot, pour boiling water, let it simmer for about 5 minutes and let it brew.

カモミールは花の先だけを手摘みしています。
自然栽培のためハーブ本来の香りと味が強く感じられるので、ハーブの癒しや香りを楽しみたい方におすすめです。
ハーブはすべて農薬、肥料を使わず栽培（自然栽培）、天日干しで乾燥させています。
カップ1杯につき約大さじ1のハーブをティーポットに入れ、熱湯を注ぎ、5分ほど蒸らして淹れてください。
