Since the seeds and twigs are carefully removed, the purity of the sansho is high and a small amount is sufficient. If you grind it just before eating it in a spice mill, the aroma of sansho will spread on the table. It is also recommended to sprinkle it on miso soup, meat dishes, sweetened foods such as simmered hijiki, and dairy products such as ice cream. Sansho does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the cultivation period.
