Except for the seeds of Umeboshi plums, it is made into a paste.
It goes well not only with rice balls and plum meat, but also as an accent to pasta, salads, and soups.
Handmade by farmers. No additives. We mainly use organic fertilizers that we are particular about, and keep the amount of pesticides used to a minimum. Certified as an Eco Farmer in Wakayama Prefecture.
