Dried sweet potatoes　干し芋

Sweet potatoes grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers are dried in the sun and carefully made.

All work is done by hand. It's very time-consuming and I have a hard time every year, so I thought about quitting next year, but I ended up making it.
Drying in the sun is a painstaking process. It takes about half a month to dry it slowly.
The result is a moist, sticky, and elastic piece with plenty of sweetness.
Of course, it is delicious as it is, but it is fun only in winter to heat it a little in a toaster and eat it hot.
Sweet potatoes do not use pesticides or fertilizers during the cultivation period. Organic fertilizer was used in the previous crop.
No additives.

農薬や肥料を使わずに育てたサツマイモ（紅はるか）を、天日干しして丁寧に作られたほしいもです。

作業はすべて手作業。とても手間がかかり毎年大変な思いをするので、来年はやめようと思いながら、結局作ってしまうのだとか。
天日干しはとにかく根気のいる作業。半月ほどの時間をかけて、じっくりじっくり乾燥させていきます。
そうして完成するのは、甘さをたっぷり感じられる、しっとりねっとりの弾力あるほしいも。
そのままでももちろん美味しいですが、トースターなどで少しあぶって熱々を頂くのが冬だけのお楽しみですよね。
さつまいもは栽培期間中、農薬・肥料の使用なし。前作で有機肥料使用。
添加物不使用。
