We use ripe persimmons that have been laid down to the last minute to make dried persimmons. Since it is dried slowly over time, the sweetness is concentrated while the aroma is intact. The soft texture is preserved, so it is finished in a dried persimmon that is easy for anyone to eat.
It goes well with dairy products and is recommended to be paired with cheese.
Handmade by farmers. No additives.

干し柿にするためにギリギリまで木にならしておいた、完熟の柿を使用しています。時間をかけてゆっくりと干しているので、香りはそのままに甘みがぎゅっと凝縮。やわらかい食感は残しているので、どなたでも食べやすい干し柿に仕上がっています。
乳製品との相性もよく、チーズなどと合わせるのもおすすめ。
農家の手作り。添加物不使用。
